TERMS & CONDITIONS:  "It is the customer's responsibility to verify the
cart's contents are correct. We're sorry, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once
 they've been submitted.
We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the
fulfillment process we're unable to modify it (we apologize for
any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster
processing times work to your advantage).
Ship-to name and address must be correct and complete to avoid
delays and address correction fees UPS charges us.

CLEARANCE items will be defined as any item sold at 50% or more off.
These item may not be returned or exchanged.


SHIPPING: In order to offer the largest variety of schools and styles, some items we
sell will be shipped "from vendor" directly to the recipient.
Because we do not have total control over the hours of operation and schedule of these vendors,
 please allow the necessary time for "from vendor" items to be delivered. "From vendor" items
usually may only be shipped at the UPS/Fedex Ground/Standard shipping level.
If this is the case, and you chose an expedited shipping level, we will revise your order shipping fee
down to that of UPS Ground level.  If you choose an upgraded method of shipping for in-stock
merchandise, we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, and then ship at your chosen
shipping level. We will not be held liable for delivery dates other than if UPS makes a mistake and reimburses us
for that mistake. Examples include when we ship via 2-day air but UPS loses the shipment and
delivers it late. We would file a claim against UPS and when refunded for the 2-day rate, we would refund that
amount to you. Same applies for damaged/lost shipments.

Our Return Period is 30 days from date purchased and only the merchandise
value is refunded. Returns of items which were shipped to you via free shipping will result
in a RETURN FEE
equal to our actual shipping to help reimburse us for that free shipping.
Returns of "from vendor" items may result in a re-stocking fee. Do not return "from vendor"
items to us before first emailing us with your request. We may wish for the item to be returned
to that vendor and not to us. You will need to allow the estimated delivery time."
